NEW FOR 2010
Golden & Silver Wedding Anniversaries ~ This celebration will take place on Sunday ~ Sept. 26, 2010 at 4PM in the Cathedral of St Francis, Metuchen. Couples must be Catholic in good standing and resident of a parish within the Diocese of Metuchen married in 1960 or 1985. Forms available from the Parish Office, must be signed by the pastor and returned to the Diocese by Sept. 3, 2010
Maturing Adults
~ 12 Keys to Spiritual Vitality: Lessons on Living Agelessly for adults 55+ Each 12 Keys session (held Thursdays from August 26 ~ Nov. 11 at the St John Neumann Pastoral Center) will begin with a Scripture quotation and theme. Subjects include celebrating your faith, discovering the deeper meaning of life, forgiving others and ourselves and more. The cost $50 for all 12 sessions. Call 732-562-1990 x1624 to register.
VOCATIONS Where is God calling you? The Office of Vocations is sponsoring a day of retreat on Saturday July 24, 2010 from 9:00AM to 6:00PM at the Catholic Center at Rutgers , 84 Somerset Street New Brunswick. This day is open to men and women ages 16-40 who are thinking of the priesthood and/or consecrated life. To register, or if you have any questions regarding the day , please contact the Office of Vocations at 732-562-2457 - registration is required - or email them at vocations@diometuchen.org Remember the call to serve the Lord is not limited to this event! If you have questions or wish to explore vocations further you can contact the Office of Vocations anytime!
Mass of the Anointing of the Sick
Join Bishop Bootkoski on Saturday ~ June 26 at St Francis of Assisi Church,Metuchen. The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be administered during this special healing Mass to those baptized Catholics wishing to be anointed. In particular, we invite those who may be bearing the burden of physical, mental or emotional illness, those facing surgery and those experiencing the challenges of advancing age. Catholic Infertility Support Group
Are you and your spouse currently experiencing the pain of infertility? There is support available! Come join us for at the Catholic Infertility Support Group held the third Saturday of the month at the St John Neumann Pastoral Center, Piscataway NJ.

who are age 55+ This is an outreach to our aging Catholic
community and promises to be an upbeat day! Seniors are invited to the fourth
annual “Celebrate Life” day on Friday ~
