SCRIP PROGRAM
The Scrip Program is another way in which we can help the Church cover the many expenses incurred as a parish. Every Saturday and Sunday church members volunteer their time to sell gifts cards for the three major Supermarkets in our Area - A&P, Pathmark, and Shop Rite. These cards can be used to purchase your weekly food and provide a financial benefit to the parish! A&P, Pathmark, and ShopRite Cards Are sold in $25, $50, and $100 denominations. EVERY BODY EATS! MAKE A PLEDGE TO START BUYING THESE CARDS EVERY WEEK!
PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN CALL JOE CIORCIARIA AT THE CHURCH OFFICE 732.545.5090 OR STOP BY THE OFFICE TO GET YOUR GROCERY CARDS!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
When it comes to volunteering, most folks will say, "Gee I'd love to but I have this or that to do - well, so do the people who already volunteer. We would love to see a few more people fill in the available slots as well as offer one day a month for one mass - this way no one is doing it all the time and we all earn a few credits with God! If you are interested in helping out please call the parish office and ask for Joe Ciorciari or email us at scrips@stmaryofmountvirginchurch.org .
