Prayer found written on the walls of Auschwitz, dated Jan. 1, 1942

I like living, dear Lord. I have sometimes been wildly,

despairingly, acutely miserable, but through it all, I still

know quite certainly, that just to be alive is a grand

thing! Thank You, dear Father, for all I have learned,

experienced and known. Thank You for all that has

been, is and is yet to be. Amen
